Price's display wrong

I have a problem with the prices..

They are displayed wrong on the frontoffice but correct in back office..
Look at the screens bellow please.

I dont know what the problem is

Iam using version 1.3 of prestashop and etcleanblue(modified) theme.

check the zone your shop is in and that the correct tax is applied to it

Yes... if you have your taxes set to apply to specific zones/states, then a logged in user who is registered under a tax applicable zone/state will see their products with taxes included, giving the different prices. To fix, if your on 1.2.5, you can change what price is displayed in the BO... under "Preferences" tab --> Products --> Price Display. I've noticed this doesn't fix everything, especially if you are using attributes. To fix the tax display problem (to always display tax excluded price but to have a separate line for tax - if applicable) and to also fix the attribute price/tax problem I recommend implementing Tomerg3's "Tax on one line" Modification. This fixed all the tax issues I've had creating for a nice and consistent look from FO to the invoice. If you are doing business in the US... I highly recommend this modification!
