Upgrade 1.2.5.0 to 1.3 final, tax dont work on category or homefeatured

After i did the upgrade everything seems to work fine except this:

With my old theme based on the black and white theme all prices are right. But when i change to
the standard prestashop theme for 1.3 so i can start building my own, all prices shows without tax on
category.php and homefeatured. Prices shows correct on product.php. I use swedish language if that has something to do with it?

i tried this and it works but cant imagine its a good solution.

in category.tpl i changed:

{if !$priceDisplay}{convertPrice price=$product.price}{else}{convertPrice price=$product.price_tax_exc}{/if}

to

{if $priceDisplay}{convertPrice price=$product.price}{else}{convertPrice price=$product.price_tax_exc}{/if}

it shows the price right, buy just removing the is not (!) or whats it called in php.

so whats the real solution for it?
