I have inherited a prestashop built site and I am SLOWLY getting to grips with it - I am a retailer not a developer so it doesn't come easy! What I am trying to change is the email templates. What I refer to is the emails that are sent to customers when the status of their order is changed. I found a very old thread (2013) which recommended to go to the back office - tools and mail - but I cannot see any of these options on the version I use which is 1.6.0.08. Although, I'm far from IT savy, so apologies if it is glaringly obvious where I am supposed to go! Any help is greatly appreciated.
