SEO & URLs blank page

Good morning everyone!!!

I have a store in Prestashop 1.6.0.8 and for a long time, the SEO & URLs page is completely inoperative. The rest of the page is functional.

I have put this: define ( '_ PS_MODE_DEV_', true); But it does not show me anything. The bowser console is also empty.

May you help me please?
