Custom Registration From Creation

Hello everyone,

 

At first, may be there exists topic like this and if this is right please link me also I've found some topics here but they are created in 2011 - 2013 that's why i'm posting now this .

 

I have some trouble with modifying Registration form i want to add extra fields and validate them ... ....I've read prestashop documentation and i know that there exists hooks and using them i can add some extra functionality to Prestashop, also adding new required fields into Address.php and so on, 

My second problem is to create module which will be called when some new product is created (actionProductAdd Hook) is this right? if yes in appropriate module function what parameters of product will be passed ?  

I'm newbie and  i can't manage my self to that, only 2 day is ended since i've started learning Prestashop...

 

could you tell me basic steps to follow...
