UnitedStudios Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Hi I currently have a website running Prestashop v1.6.1.7. when I try to update Prices and other information on the product information screen it won't allow me to save the data. I input the data hit Save and or Save and Stay and it doesn't save the data to the database. I have cleared all caching, switched caching off and also updated the Controllers directory with a fresh install of Prestashop but it hasn't resolved the issue. What can I do to resolve this issue?
