TecnoService Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Salve a tutti spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi lavoro su piattaforma 1.6.0.14, il problema sorge quando vado a creare un nuovo prodotto e cerco di salvare e rimanere sullo stesso, praticamente una volta cliccato x salvare esce dalla schermata senza neppure salvare. sta facendo questo da poco fino a ieri è andato tutto bene ho pulito anche la cache non so piu dove sbattere la testa. ho aruba come hosting. chiedo a qualche anima buona di aiutarmi è il mio store. grazie anticipatamente a chi riesce a salvarmi Enzo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

scardovi Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Hai due alternative scritte nel link citato 1) Reinstallare Chrome 53 ed impedire l'aggiornamento 2) Installare PS 1.6.1.9 o superiore appena usciranno come soluzione tampone 3) usare un browser diverso finché non viene aggiornato dandoti lo stesso problema Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TecnoService Posted October 26, 2016 Author Share Posted October 26, 2016 (edited) RISOLTO: ho reinstallato versione 53 e funziona correttamente il problema è chrome 54, per chi ha lo stesso problema fare quanto segue: 1) disinstallare chrome 2) scaricare la versione 53: https://google-chrome.it.uptodown.com/windows 3) aprite con esegui msconfig 4) dopo aver installato chrome 53 andare in msconfig -> servizi e deselezionare subito google update e riavviare subito prima che chrome installi la vs 54 5) finito.
