[SOLVED] ORDER_CONF EMAIL ERROR

Hi I am have a problem. But I have no IT experience, so if i need to do something, please tell me how to step by step then ill follow. 
 

I just noticed lately that when my customers check out for their orders, the order_conf sent to them does not change the variables to products. it exactly looks like this. only the total amount changes. how to fix it?
