This is the first time I've seen 503 Overload but the title is pretty self-explanatory plus I did a quick google search and it confirms that this is typically because your server is overloaded. It's a server problem, you cannot manage by yourself. This should be managed by your hoster. Your plan has limits, isn't it too tight, can you upgrade ? In mean time, does your site is not doing a 300-400 requests at initial load ? this is ordinary issue where a module is either not installed properly or conflicting with another. Hire a webmaster to look at this if you can't. 2. If after upgrade, if you are sure that both : - site has no issue AND - slowness persists, it means overloaded server, or their plan are too tight/server are overloaded OR even not well maanaged/optimized = Change host with no delay...
