barbarakehm Posted October 1, 2016 Share Posted October 1, 2016 (edited) I am having an issue with configuring the "Connect USPS" module. Specifically, the "Products Setting." I set a product for medium flat rate box plus $3.00 in additional charges. When I ran a test purchase on our website the shipping costs showed as $9.80. The is the small flat rate box cost of $6.80 plus $3.00 in additional charges. When I clicked the delete button, I got the error message "An error occurred while deleting the object. configuration (cannot load object)" I called tech support at the USPS and they said that we are set up correctly at their end.
