Free shipping with a certain carrier for selected category

I have a cart rule that gives free shipping to all orders containing products from a certain category (We sell instant cameras, so if you buy a camera, you get free shipping, if you only buy film or some other accesories, there's no free shipping). The problem is that we want the cheapest carrier to be free, not all of them, and since prestashop does not seem to be able to get this configured, I was guessing if someone know of a way (override preferably) we could get this done.

bo-->catalog-->products-->edit product camera-->shipping-->select free shipping and move to right col.

 

Then that product at add to cart, and cart processing will have 'only' free shipping.

Hi El Patron, thanks for your reply. I knew about that option, but the thing is that it is promotional, so not something that should be enabled in all productos. The reason behind it being category based is because we have a lot of different models, so changing it product by products would take a lot of time and effort. There must be some other way to automate this process.

Hi, I understand, I'm really just learning shipping....after a long time of ignoring it lol...and I see what you mean about using cart rule....I'd love to look at your setup in back office and review, we are doing some 'next big thing' shipping modules and learn a lot of looking at real world shops.  pm me  if you would like another view of your setup.  el
