Cross-selling and Product Comment module not working.

First problem, I've tried to buy some products, but Cross-selling module not showing "Who bought this product also bought". I've tried to reinstall, delete then upload new one, but no result.

 

Second problem, Product Comments module not working. When I click on "Write a review" #new_comment_form added with my product url and display no review form.

Were you ever able to identify why your product comments were not working?  We are encountering the same issue.  Thanks!
