Search car parts by registration number in Sweden?

As I don't know if this number is unique, you have 2 options:

1) unique number: Add it to the product title, than it would be searchable with search bar. Ex: Volvo xxxxx - xxx stands for the registration number.

2) you want to have products filtered by same registration number:

Use filteroptions. If the blocklayered is not enough for you, you can use any other advanced filter, like this: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/179001-module-filter-products-pro-filter-and-search-advanced-of-products/

In order that filter works, you need to add the registration number as feature to your products.

PS: moved you question to English forum section, as it is in English. For the other forum sections, please use the language forseen. Thank You.

That is bit specific feature and if you did not found anything  by now on Google good chanses

are that there is no module available. So you would need custom module development.

I did found this API but there could be others http://www.vehicleregistrationapi.com/ (there is Sweedish site too).

It is paid servise by lookup so not sure if there is free one. From that API you could get info needed and then

you would search products in your store, depending how they are defined. Think for that there are few modules

on Addons o r like this one https://codecanyon.net/item/prestashop-car-engine-fuel-filter-module/9806841 but you need

to cobine API with some search like mentioned in previous post can be also done with block layered or any other filter module.

P.S. : Please do not make 2 -3 topics with same question.

If the service meets what you need, of course you can use. API/webservices should be programmed before you can use it. The link you passed is a ready open API. The counterpart, this means, the script which reads the data and put them into your Prestashop database (data exchange) is a service you need to program by yourself or hire a programmer for that.
