soul out hk Posted September 18, 2016 Share Posted September 18, 2016 Dear folks,I have successfully download the prestashop and listen to the guideline that to delete install folder.And when i go to backoffice to manage store, the link just show sth as follow: Not FoundThe requested URL /index.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.Seriously?! Deoorbel Posted September 19, 2016 Share Posted September 19, 2016 Hello Soul, After install you alwas are urged to delete the install folder, After first loging in to the backoffice the directory name of the backofice is changed. Look through FTP or the file system wat the new name of the backoffice directory is and try to adres this directory for acces of the backoffice system.
