locant57 Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Hello, for some time it happens to me a strange thing. On B.O. Online in the "Visitors" counter always remains at zero. That view is not real, because if I go to click on the corresponding link, shows me a list of visitors who are online at the time. The visitors counter is incremented regularly. Knowband Plugins Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 The online visitor count displayed on the product page is shown through the following file: /modules/dashactivity/dashactivity.php - hookDashboardData() There is a variable (i.e. $online_visitor) that is assigned to have the value of online visitors, you can try debugging for the same. yukihiro Posted November 24, 2016 Share Posted November 24, 2016 My previous PS was 1.4The Visitors Online tab showed list of visitors for some last hours that had visited my store.The list could be long.My new Ps now is 1.6.1.4The visitors Online tab shows ONLY some last 15 minutes visitors, so it shows very short list.can i get this new version works like my last one.
