Products appear without tax since 1.6.1.7 update

Hi folks,

 

Since I updated my store to 1.6.1.7, Prestashop refuses to display prices including tax. Before the update, prices included tax in the store.

 

I've checked all I could think of:

• Localization/Taxes > Tax options: "Enabled tax" and "Display tax in the shopping cart" are both enabled.
• Localization/Taxes rules: rule that applies to my products in Switzerland ("CH Super Reduced Rate (2.5%)") seems to be properly configured < didn't touch it since it was imported with the localization pack.
• Customers/Groups: all groups have "Price display method" set to "Tax included".

I'm visiting my store as a visitor (i.e. PS has no knowledge of my delivery or billing address).

 

What am I missing? I also noticed all the countries and languages (but English) had been disabled. I've reenabled everything and will post a separate bug report for this.

PS 1.6.1.7 appears to have several other bugs too: when I try to check out, the products disappear from my cart. Going back to 1.6.1.6 :-(

Make sure in Localization -> Localization , the Default Country is Switzerland.
