The goal of our Ambassador Program is to build a worldwide network of trusted community members who volunteer to be PrestaShop's voice in their country or region. 

 

We want Ambassadors - you - to help us take PrestaShop to the next level of global leadership, by engaging local communities and by spreading the word about our brand and product. 

 

As an ambassador, you have the opportunity to be recognized as the voice of PrestaShop in your country. 

 

You can take on different initiatives and choose what you would like to do as a PrestaShop Ambassador (moderate local forums, organize meetups, run local tests on upcoming releases, etc.)

Καλησπέρα κι από μένα παιδιά. Είμαι προς στιγμήν ο μοναδικός Ambassador της PrestaShop στην Ελλάδα. Θα χαιρόμουν ειλικρινά πάρα πολύ αν ερχόσασταν και σεις στην ομάδα μας. Η θέση για να το ξεκαθαρίσω είναι καθαρά εθελοντική και όποια δράση της εταιρίας ακολουθώ γίνεται αποκλειστικά με δικά μου έξοδα. Το μόνο που έχω λάβει ως τώρα είναι ένα δέμα που περιείχε:

• μια ζακέτα
• δυο μπλουζάκια
• μια κούπα
• ένα στικάκι
• ένα σημειωματάριο
• αυτοκόλλητα
• ένα κουκλάκι
• ένα μπρελόκ

όλα εννοείται με το έμβλημα της εταιρίας. Το διευκρινίζω όχι γιατί είναι παράπονο. Για να μη νομίζει κάποιος από εσάς ότι πληρώνομαι και βγάζω γούστα και τέτοια. Καμιά σχέση. Αγαπώ την πλατφόρμα και το κάνω με την ψυχή μου. Ειδικά όταν έλαβα το πακέτο χαιρόμουν σαν μικρό παιδί επειδή έχω ζακέτα και άλλα πράγματα της εταιρίας. Μακάρι να υπάρχουν εκεί έξω ελληνόπουλα που την αγαπούν παραπάνω. Διότι η χώρα μας σε αυτήν τη δύσκολη περίοδο που διανύει, μονάχα μέσω των τεχνολογιών διαδικτύου μπορεί να δημιουργήσει δημιουργικά projects και να διαφύγει από το χάος.

 

Τελευταίο αλλά όχι αμελητέο, γνωρίζουμε ανθρώπους από διαφορετικές κουλτούρες που η κοινή αγάπη για το διαδίκτυο μας έφερε κοντά.

Good afternoon guys. Till now, I am the one and only Ambassador in Greece. I would be really happy if you could join our team. The position -- to be clear -- is absolutely voluntary and any meeting I attend is done at my own expense. I have received a beautiful package that contained:

• a sweater
• two t-shirts
• a cup
• a usb stick
• a notebook (a real one.. not a computer )
• stickers
• a teddy
• a keyring

everythin with the company logo of course. I clarify this not as complaint. Because I don't want to give some wrong impression that I get paid to promote the company and have a luxury life. Far from that. I love the platform and I do it wholeheartedly. Especially when I received the package I was happy like a young child because I own sweater and other stuff with the prestashop logo. I wish there are many greek people that love the platform as much as I do, if not more. Because our coutnry in this tough period that is going through, only via web technologies may be able to build creative projects and get out of the chaos.

 

Last but not least, you meet people from different cultures that the common love for internet brought as together.
