Hello everybody, after some time selling on etsy and ebay we decided to open Prestashop store. Here it is www.66level.com

Do you think we should include more payment options? or maybe shipping one from the US customer standpoint?

I would really appreciate everybody's feedback :)

Hi there,

nice store.

I would try to offer the most common payment options in your country. if you sell internationally, then you probably won't get around offering credit card payment. There are so many different providers out there. I would make sure you're with one that is trusted. Offering too many options is in my opinion not a good idea cause you will have to maintain everything, some options, depending on what it is, have monthly fees and I'm sure you want to keep the transaction fees low. I have a store with items in a similar price range as yours and you don't want fees to eat up your profit.

Cheers,

Hi thanks for you feedback

We do sell mainly internationally. Do you think I should include more payment options than paypal? From what I see Paypal also accepts credit cards without needing to sign in so thought it should be enough but then again I'm not really familiar what types of payment are international customers used to.

Paypal is a good option for international Customers. Paypal has a good reputation, at least with most people, and is easy to use. I've also included that in my store.

Bankwire Payment is another option, even though it takes way longer and is not an instant payment. I'm not sure how familiar that is in your region.

I think if you're selling international than Credit Card is the way to go because you want the payment confirmed before sending anything.

Since I'm located in Switzerland I added Postfinance as a payment provider. This is a Swiss Option but you need a subscription and you pay a subscription fee, that's the down side. The Upside is its very recognized and trusted by people here...see where I am going. The advantage needs to overlap the down side.

Payment methods is a very important factor and gives a customer a certain amount of security you're not trying to f*** someone over.

The only think bothers me is the 'new' label. That is really annoying

Without that I like the design of your site.
