nthoeng Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 (edited) Dear masters, im new in Prestashop, i've used template and upload some products in the catalog, then im just know that when i test it in front end, create new account and logged in, all product image is gone with grey question mark in square...but when i log out from my account (guest/visitor), the image appear. what's the problem?am i make any mistake when creating products? Knowband Plugins Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 You can try regenerating the product thumbs by going to Preferences > Images > Regenerate thumbs In case it doesn't work, please share your website URL, as some issues needs inspection.
