For me it's generally OK. In the cart I would consider removing some fields from the form - it's very looong, may be to long for more lazy customers :)

I often remove social title, birthdate and turn off the opt-in (anyone uses it?) Also spaces between the form controls in the form are quite large and it makes the form even longer.


I would also make the whole carrier row clickable.

Nice website. Looks clean, well structured which is important. I have actually quite a few people that select opt-in, not quite sure if they know what it is :-).
