Prestashop is not answering messages or posts via Facebook either like they usually do. I'm hoping it's because they are working hard to fix this. It is painful for business! No errors, just a blank white screen on both back and front office. Did anyone post a support ticket?? And get an answer?? 0 tracypaula Posted August 4, 2016 Share Posted August 4, 2016 I called and got a message that they were closed for the day. Hours are 8-5 EST . I filled in some form to contact them. I have no idea how to do a "help ticket". I didn't get a response but if it's after hours I am sure they won't answer. My site is STILL down. I am NOT happy. If they want me to spend money on their add-on and services, they need to provide a service that WORKS. I will call right at 8am and see if I can get through. Will keep you all posted.
