Orders with Checkout Status = incomplete never get synced

Yet another finding.

If there is an ebay order where the checkout status is not complete, then it does not get synced, even if it's marked as paid.

No problem for the merchant, right? You just have to contact each client and explain him how to set the status OR create the order manually in your backend and sync everything manually.
