Adeko.nl Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 We are experiencing a problem and hope you can help us? We have a webshop online for a customer. They sell goods to different kinds of customers. The customer are put in customer groups, some of them are not obliged to pay tax and some of them are, depending on their class. The article is shown excluding tax, so far so good, but when it is put in the shopping cart it displays a total without tax, the tax itself and then it shows the price with the tax included. These last 2 aren’t applicable on this group of customers. Somehowe we can't find the way to fix this. We need to find a possibility to exclude this group of tax completely We are hoping you can help us with this problem? Knowband Plugins Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 One of our client had the same requirement and we have implemented a module for him. Please note that by default prestashop does not allows admin to remove tax for some customer group but we have a module with which you will be able to do so. With our module you will be able to choose some categories for a particular customer group and after customer from that "customer group" will never be charged for tax while purchase products of those selected categories. Knowband Plugins Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 It is not available on addons store and can only be purchased from our site, we didn't upload it there because it needs to override default functionality of Prestashop and not so many people are looking for such feature.
