FREE - Responsive Prestashop manufacturer carousel slider module

Recommended Posts

Is your Prestashop website the best that is out there? Does it have what it takes to promote and sell your products and also to keep the customers attracted to your site? Prestashop manufacturer carousel slider module is a Prestashop module that can improve the look and feel of your store while serving an important purpose.

The Prestashop manufacturer module displays a block of logos of manufacturers or brands of the products that are being sold in your store in a carousel slider view. The module’s resulting display area will take up a stripe of any page of the website.

IMPROVING YOUR WEBSITE DESIGN WITH MANUFACTURER CAROUSEL SLIDER

In addition to displaying the manufacturers, the slider will also add some color to your website and give it a nicer look. It also makes it easier for the customers to browse your shop manufacturers and their products separately because clicking on a manufacturer logo will take you to manufacturer listings with all the products of that specific manufacturer.

KEY FEATURES OF PRESTASHOP MANUFACTURER CAROUSEL SLIDER MODULE

  • Display manufacturer logos
  • Click on manufacturers logo to go to manufacture listing page
  • Custom title for slider block
  • Multi languages support
  • Can specify the number of manufactures displayed in carousel slider
  • Can specify the number of manufactures displayed in each slide of the slider
  • Options to order the manufacturer list
  • Option to display or hide manufacture names

The slider can be easily configured the way the store owner prefers as above. If you prefer not to display manufacturer logos, you can keep the manufacturer names in place and vice versa. A custom title can be added for the slider block depending on your choice. Ordering of the manufacturer list as your preference and keeping a specific number of logos visible in a slide of the slider are also some decisions that can be taken by the store owner. These bundle of features are what makes the module special and unique because as much as it has features, the features are also possible to configured by a person with low or no technical knowledge with just a few clicks.

EASY INSTALLATION AND MANAGEMENT

Prestashop manufacturer carousel slider module can be directly downloaded and installed in one click to your store. Once you are done installing and enabling the module for your website, the backend has a small number of settings to be done to get the Prestashop slider the way you want.

Install this module right away to make your site several times better. And don’t forget that the module is offered completely free to you.

it doesn't work nicely in PS 1.6.1.7

I have tested it in fresh install of prestashop 1.6.1.7 with Default prestashop theme.

It has some bugs and shows badly in front office.

I have submitted a comment few days ago in your website but my comment is still awaiting approval.

How to position it in footer? In hooks it hasn't that option.

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in our module

There is no option to show it in footer, If you want to do, you need add custom code inside the module

Can't find the module in the list to install after uploading it. PS 1.6.1.13

Ideas?

Hi

The module works well on all version of Prestashop 1.6

Please make sure that you install the correct file (the module should be in inside the downloaded zip file, so you need to extract the downloaded zip file first, then install the module)

Hello,
I just want to know, is that module still safe? I mean it using owl carousel js in 1.3.3version. Present version is 2.3.4. Second things is that I checked authors website and I foundt information that this modules works with Prestashop 1.6. I checked on 1.7 and it really works, but I am worry about security of that module. It has +2 years without update or am I wrong?
I learned that modules / plugins without updating could has many security problem and ecommerce has in database many private data - for example customers data.
Maybe that module is really simple and could not have any security bugs, but I want to be sure,

Thank you in advance for any answer - especially from modules author.

I had the same problem and uploaded all the files again. This option with the manufacturers.tpl file does not really work.
