Problem to add correct shipping AFTER discounts

We are having a problem with shipping costs after discounts.

 

We've set that orders over 40€ have free shipping, and it works fine.

 

The problem occurs when this situation happens:

 

1. the customer's order is, for example, 42€ -> free shipping

 

2. the customer applies a -10% coupon -> new total order 37,80€

 

3. free shipping remains, when in fact, it should be charged with this new value, less than 40€.

 

Has anybody solved this issue on Prestashop 1.6?

I don't offer free shipping or coupons so I don't have this problem but what is happening is pretty obvious.

I will assume that you've looked and that there is no option to have free shipping use discounted price rather than original price as a trigger and that this does not exist. If that is the case then you need to find out what the variable name is for discounted price and manually edit the section that triggers free shipping so that the trigger uses the discounted price rather than the original price.
