Hi nobilebarabba,

 

Sounds like a hosting problem.

 

If Google is blocking your email, other ESPs may be as well.

 

It could be your domain or server is blacklisted by gmail.com.

 

There are 2 possibilities:

  1. You could perform a check to see what the problem is, if its server related changing the SMTP settings could solve your problem. Changing the SMTP settings in PrestaShop means you need a different server that manages your e-mail. Use the settings from this server in your SMTP settings.
  2. If its your domain thats blacklisted you should request removing your domain from the blacklist and ask why its blacklisted in the first place so you can solve the problem. Otherwise you will be blacklisted again and it could get tuffer the remove you from the blacklist.
