No Payment Module Visible at Check Out Page

Recommended Posts

As the topic suggests , I have installed several payment modules like Paypal, Authorize.net, Skrill, Paybiz but none of them are visible in the front office when customer goes to purchase. Bank Wire and Cash on Delivery are visible. There are no country, currency restrictions. Please advise what is the possible reason. No changes in coding have been made. All modules are latest and from Prestashop.com its self. Overrides are enabled. Debug shows no error.

Hi Scully

Thanks for the reply.

Paypal and bank wire are installed set active as  payment modules.

I have checked ==> module ==> payment all restrictions are OK.

I have no restrictions groups, I use the swiss franc as currency and Switzerland is checked in the country restrictions. Look at the pics in attachement.

When I order on the website I use an swiss address, normally it should have no restrictions.

I also disable stock management, I ve on google that sometimes it cloud be the probleme. But in this case it isn't...

I don't have anymore ideas.. :(

Hi there,

Thanks for all reply,

Since when do you have this issue?

Have you ever had orders finished successfully?

Have you reset both modules?

Have you cleared the prestashop cache?

I really don't know  since when it start... I was finishing the website and I tried to order one article I created to check if all is OK and I get the issue.

I finished succcesfully several times before. I had this issue once at the biginning after the Prestashop installation. I retried a few days later and it has worked, so I do not take attention on this....

I desactivate and reactivate all payement module (paypal and bank wire)

Is there another possibility to reset a module?

I  tried to clear cache... no changes

are you using standard checkout, or have you installed a third party OPC module?

I use standard checkout (5 points:  summary==>Login==>Addresses==>Shipment==>Payement)

Have you other ideas....

Thanks for your help...
