You should connect via FTP and search there the folder /themes/default-bootstrap, if you are using native Prestashop theme. From the dashboard, I can go preference - -> theme - - > then I have option to go to either theme configurator or advance setting. Theme configurator allows me to enable/disable buttons and blocks and set up hooks. Advance settings allows me to set # of products to display per page and columns setup on page.
