Hoping someone can help, site has been down all weekend.

 

Can't get into site or admin and hosts have said this:

The bolded log needs to be fixed our server does not want to use MultiView but you need to use ModRewrite instead.

 

How can I fix this, I am not at all technical.

Just delete .htaccess.
