Attribute sorting by price, then name/number, not by ID (PS 1.6.1.4). I will pay for this

Hello,

 

I would like to pay for making sorting attributes first by price, then by name/number, not by ID (in FO mainly - exactly in product page and in module Layered navigation block). I am importing products from feed. And for example in wedding rings category, there are lot of sizes for men and women, and all are non ordered (they are, but probably by IDs). I need it to be automatically sorted in all categories.

So if I want to have the sizes like:

And of course for example size 2 has to be listed as second, not as first of 20s group, example:

Is there a skillful programmer, who knows how to do it? Of course I will donate to paypal for help. I have this done in my PS 1.4.5.1 but now I am moving to 1.6.1.4 and need to make it the same way.
