[PrestaShopDatabaseException] MySQL server has gone away

To anyone who can help out here,

 

I hope some one can assist here, the Front Office is pretty fast but the Back Office is not loading properly. Most of the time it just times out and in rare occasion it takes about 5 minutes to load the Prestashop BO admin panel. So I turn on the '_PS_MODE_Dev_' and attached is the list of information. Not really sure where to start here, I hope someone can assist me.

 

I have also requested the hosting provider to increase the 'max_allowed_packet' in their shared hosting server configuration, unfortunately it can only be set to 16MB.
