1.6.1.5 Shopping cart - hide the price of transportation for the first 4 steps

Hi,
I have a problem with shopping basket, immediately after introduction of goods into the trash, appears the price of transportation, but it should appear when you click on it to the customer (step 4)

I have three carriers:
personal collection - 0 Payment
COD - 25
Czech Post - 49

And I was just in a basket appears at the cost of a product plus shipping 49

When I give the Czech Post for the transportation 0, so in my cart will pay for shipping 25

So, I need hide the price of transportation for the first 4 steps if a customer clicks on a carrier

 

Probably I got something wrong.

Some idea?
