Customer Comments Not working 1.6.1.3, also CSS menu problem

Hi All,

 

i'm having a problem with the customer comments/reviews not working on my site (www.illumisense.co.uk)

I've done a bit of googling about this but i could only find fixes to versions prior to 1.6.1.3

 and they were problems caused by enabling friendly URLs. not sure if this is the cause for 1.6.1.3

After filling out the review form and clicking Send nothing happens, not even the review form closes, nor dose the review appear in the module for moderation.

 

Also, and i'm sure this is a simple CSS issue is that when viewing the site on a tablet the menu icon dose not show the contents of the menu.

 

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated on the issues.

You have to approuve the comments from the BO before they appear.

 

the comments do not even show up for approval/moderation. i don't think the form data is been submitted.
