Issue with Total Import Pro

I bought this addon, after checking the demo on their website.

Before the purchase, I was promised full support.

Now whenever I try to upload the feed to integrate into the site, the site gets logged out, after importing few items.

This has been going on for more than six days.

I had informed the developer about the problem. They then asked me to share the site details (ftp etc) which I did.

Now they are not doing anything.


What should I do to get proper support.

The best support you can get is from developer.

If developer does not write to you it does not mean that he does not do anything.

Please also note that developer might not be working on weekends or holidays.


You can hire a freelancer to fix the module for you but of course it will not be free and for someone other than original developer to fix the module would take atleast 2x 3x time.


The last option is to delete the module and ask for refund.
