header logo will not align to bottom

I'm using just the default (bootstrap) theme in Presta 1.6.1.5.

I made a header logo file in the same size as the cart box.

But the header logo is (a kind of vertical) centered in the header and not on the same horizontal level as the search box and the cart box.

 

Don't know much about CSS... help needed.

Can it be done? Or has it something to do with the fluid design of the theme?

Or do I have to add a blank space at the top of the logo file to 'press is down'?
