Installing data base with phpmyadmin

Recommended Posts

how do you install a data base in presta shop of the uploaded directory on the server  - I can´t even install PHPMyAdmin on my computer. I´ve downloaded the XAMP Control Panel and now I don´t know how to get  phpmyadmin installed in order to create a data base in the uploaded directory where all Presta Shop folders are stored.

Therefore I cannot install Presta Shop ..... perhpas anyone can help.

I have a windows 10 system and a MAC OS X 10.11 and I can´t get it to work on either computer.

thanks in advance for helping

Thanks for your good advice using WampServer - it all worked out fine, it took me quite some time, because some other solvable errors occurred...but now phpmyadmin is running, will create the database and put all directories in question to 755 and hopefully the installation will work out fine

thanks again for taking the time to respond to my query, thumbs up :) :) :)
