bluewild
Hello everyone,I own an e-commerce of service/products; selling phone repair service and casse/accessories for mobile devicethis is my website : http://fixphone.fr I'm not sure selling services as a simple "product" is the good way to do that... So there is my question I'm looking for a system of submenu that will bring the client step by step to the reparation he is looking for by selecting his brand > serie > and model of device for example selection 1 (the type of mobile device) : smartphone / tablett / laptopselection 2 (the brand of mobile device) : Apple / Samsung / Sony / etc > we select iPhoneselection 3 (the model of mobile device) : iPhone 4 / iPhone 4S / etc > We select iPhone 4selection 4 (the list of the different reparation available for the model) : Screen repair / glass repair / battery repair / etcStep 5 : After selecting his reparation, the client is bring to the product page with details and can order it like a normal product some example of what i'm looking for (the idea) : http://irepair.gr/en : In this one the "diagnostic tool" in the middle of the home page is just amazing; also the submenu bring to the different reparationshttps://fr.phonehubs.com/reparation/marquehttp://ultim-tech.com/reparation.html Btw i only have competences in HTML/CSSIn advance, a big thank you to everyone will help me Edited May 19, 2016 by bluewild (see edit history)

erouvier29
What is missing if you simply organize your services into categories like this? SmartphoneAppleiPhone 3 iPhone 4 iPhone 4S(iPhone4S) Screen repair <= this is a service = product potentially with options (iPhone4S) Glass repair (iPhone4S) Battery repair iPhone 5 ... Samsung Sony ... Tablet... Laptop...

I'm agree the "UL" path idea is the same, but i'm not sure selling a service of that kind in the same presentation as a product (item) is good for the clients, they pref something visually easier. I would like to have a simple presentation UL list page by page than bring the clients to the item they have to select and with if possible a detail :hover on the image/bloc <a> for each section for example this : https://fr.phonehubs.com/reparation/marque but doing all this manually is boring i don't know i'm a little tired mentally those time. My business don't grow as expected yet... Whatever right; do u have an idea of the keywords i should type on Intenet to found that kind of stuff ? Thank you... And btw, i just hate my website right now its just awefull i'll prolly do something else
erouvier29
My suggestion is not to provide a list presentation but to organize your products in order a standard PS theme leads to something equivalent to the site you mention: Each category page shows the sub-categories or services it contains as a block you can click on. When you finally click on a service block, you acces the product page with details and add to cart button.
