Some orders coming through where customer was charged but the order didn't have any status and both invoice and delivery slip are not generated. Customer was charged the money. Initially we thought there was ea problem with realex payments, but this also appears for paypal payments so I would say there is something wrong with the shop. Anyone experienced similar problems. It started happening after upgrade to 1.6.1.5 Also since the upgrade we notice high CPU usage on the server by the site.
