Once redirected from the shop to their website to process the payments their website is very slow. It resulted in few orders coming through where customer was charged but the order didn't have any status and both invoice and delivery slip are not generated. Customer was charged the money. Is there any module that would record cart content of each order before payment processing so in case this happens again we know what customer bought?
