Terry Hunt
I'm getting a lot of error message when I'm in the back end. ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access /store/admin/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.31 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.31 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips DAV/2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at Port 80 Whenever I click on anything in the back end, it'll take me to that screen every time. What happened was, the client wanted a landing page and moved Prestashop to /store/ folder and installed WordPress to do a landing page. I have done restored from WHM and I have done rollback from Prestashop back end. The front page seems to be missing the CSS and the smart cache for CSS has been enabled. It needs to be disabled in order for the front page to work. Can't disable or enable anything without getting that Forbidden screen. Base URL is exactly where it needs to be /store/Forgot to mentioned, I have search for similar problems and solutions to fix this. Everything I have found isn't the solution. musicmaster
Isn't this just a file-rights or file-ownership issue that has nothing to do with Prestashop?
Terry Hunt
You're more welcome to try look! All folders are 755 and files are 644. If this is on my server, I'd have a better opportunity to find it. Unfortunately it's not, it's on another hosting company server.
