How to show orders in one currency and let the customers order using a different one

My shop provides a number of major currencies (US$, GB£ AU$ and Euros) for the customers' convenience. The store is based in Australia, so I wish to see the Australian $ price in the back office, regardless of whether an order is submitted using Euros, Pounds, or whatever.

 

Is this possible? If so, how do I turn it on? Because currently the orders are showing up in the currency my customer selected.

Have you selected the currency option in the back office against each payment option?

 

I am pretty sure you need to assign your payment module to "Shop default currency".. (see screenshot)
