Mediacom87 1,331 Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Hi, Here is our new module that will allow you finally manage ALT tags for your images. On PrestaShop 1.6 we can define an ALT tag to each product image loading, you can not edit them later to improve its SEO. PrestaShop 1.5, it is worse, we can not define ALT tag much less editing. So this module just solve this problem by also allowing you to manage the meta tags of the product concerned by the images, just to save time. You can also enjoy an automatic generation of the tag taking into account the color variations for ALT tags.Discover this module on his demo to understand its operation and of course the module is downloaded PrestaToolBox DEMONSTRATION demo@demo.com / demodemo

Clay7 2 Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Hi, I'm looking for a module where I can edit the ALT tags of images in the product description. I have a lot of images not only in the slider, but also in the description of the product. Is this possible with your module? As far as I could see from the demo, it is not? Do you know if it exists? This would be really helpful.
Mediacom87 1,331 Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Hi, my module can't help you and i don't think you can reach any module to do it. Only one solution, do it manually. And, just for me, i think it's a badly idea to put pictures in description.
Clay7 2 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 What? It's a bad idea to put pictures in description? Why would that be? If for example you are talking about the designer of the product you are selling, it is always nice to put in a picture if him/her. Or even video. It increases conversions, and people like images. I don't see why it would be a bad idea at all.
