Problem with the attach files " Customer Support Services "

Good afternoon , I have a little problem in the customer contact. I activates the option to send file by the contact form , but to send a contact attachment, the message is sent and received , but the attachment is not in the message.

Example:

Your message has been successfully sent.

Message : Attachment

No proposal: -
Product:
File attachment: -

This is just what I receive in the mail , some help ?
