I am building my Prestashop from scratch.

Is this the right place to ask questions or is there somewhere more appropriate?  Seems like most people here do not know about the nuts and bolts of building a shop so I assume most people have paid an initial amount to get the shop started?  Is that a correct assumption?  I posted two questions here about building my site but both of them have disappeared after getting one reply ... presumably from an admin.

prestashop is available for totally free, you dont have to pay anything to install and configure script.
