No confirm/payment button on checkout when using EU compliance module

Hey guys,

 

I've tried to use the advanced EU compliance module. The check-out page looks actually better (I think) but there's one " minor" problem...

 

After providing customers information and all, there's no confirm or pay button, so you can't finish your order.

 

I get this error on the console: ReferenceError: deliveryAddress is not defined.

 

I've changed the checkout page back to how it was (without the module) but I'm happy to turn it on so somebody of you can help me with this.
