Slow Prestashop and Admin pages not properly loading

I have Prestashop Cloud. It is very slow - has anyone else noticed this? It does not seem like a Commercial or Business website as it is too slow - internet speed of around early 2000s. Compared with other ecommerce sites, it is too slow. Is there a problem with my new site or just a problem with Prestashop Cloud.
Also, pages are not correctly loading in my Admin panel. For example, on my Orders page, details of Customer Payments do not load properly - which means I can't register or save customer payments!
Please help! I contacted Support but they basically didn't help! And used up one of my tickets.
