Problem accessing Categories for CSV upload of Products

I am trying to work out how to do a bulk upload of 5000 items to my Presta-shop. I am making progress but I cannot work out what error 2 means in this list (the one about category)

 

I am testing my configuration with a file Shop_1_temp which only has 20 entries. The way I describe categories and their paths seems to be in question but I do not know how to correct the error. Originally I wanted to have a tree structure of categories that I created. However a prior test upload created a whole list of categories with numbers that I cannot get rid of.
