koos
Hi all I'm running vs 1.6.1.4 and would like to load a virtual product. All the tabs work fine except for the virtual product tab which does not load. Just keeps looping. Is there something I need to fix?
shokinro
I assume you are talking about product management page. I just verified the feature, it seems working. Make sure do not have attribute combination set-up for the product, because PresatShop does not support virtual combinations. So if you have attribute combinations, then you will not be able to change to virtual product. (you have to change product type to "virtual product" first, then "virtual product tab will show up. Hi shokinro I have disabled combinations under advanced preferences but still have the problem. in the back office when I load new product and select "Virtual product (services, booking, downloadable products, etc.)" the tab virtual product appear but when i select the tab nothing loads. it just says loading and loops infinitly. nothing loads so I am not able to load anything. the same thing happens with the attibutes tab, even in standard products the tab is there but when you select it nothing loads, just blank.
