lily fairy Posted May 1, 2016 Share Posted May 1, 2016 je suis sous prestashop 1.6.1.4 j ai migré mon hébergement mutualisé pour un serveur dédié (linux évidemment) depuis plus moyen d ouvrir le lien sav pour lire les messages clients j ai cette erreur 504 Gateway Time-outje tiens à préciser que j ai augmenté max_execution_time = 300 (au lieu de 30) dans mon fichier php.ini ça ne change rien j ai également effacé les anciens messages via ma bdd pour alléger la requête idem si vous avez une idée à me soumettre, je veux bien tester ps : mon hébergeur n a pas de solution (pour lui c est un souci prestashop) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lily fairy Posted May 6, 2016 Author Share Posted May 6, 2016 ce que je ne comprends pas c est que j ai deux sites prestashop sur le même serveur (particulier + pro) et je n ai pas ce souci sur l autre je pourrai peut être écraser les fichiers correspondants du site particulier avec ceux du site pro quel serait le fichier 'incriminé' ?
