try and delete the date, if not possible in the backoffice, try it in the database field.

from which to which version did you upgrade.?

It must be v1.3, since times were added to the reduction fields so that you can specify reductions that are for less than a day. Those dates shouldn't be 0000-00-00 00:00:00 though, they should be actual dates and be the same date and time if no reduction applies. If you used CSV to import your products, I suggest that you enter real dates in the "Reduction from" and "Reduction to" fields.
